I'm a qualified, registered therapist with over 16 years experience working with children and families in a variety of contexts. I implement creative and sensory materials and utilise play therapy to facilitate self-understanding for children and adolescents and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings and behaviour

towards life situations.

My purpose is to hear, support and empower children and their families as they navigate the complexities of mental health, family, relationships and the educational environment.

Through therapy I provide the opportunity for  children and adolescents to explore and process how they feel about themselves, others and significant life events, opening the door to healing and change.
